Corey Little is the founder and has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Arkansas Mutual since its organization. Over the last six years, Mr. Little has managed and overseen Arkansas Mutual’s development from its Initial conceptual stages all the way to becoming the first and only domestic medical malpractice insurance carrier in Arkansas. He is a Certified Medical Representative, a licensed insurance agent and received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas.
With more than 20 years of experience in risk management at health systems across the southern United States, Rebecca brings a vast wealth of knowledge to her role as Director of Risk Management and Patient Safety for Arkansas Mutual Insurance Company (AMIC). Prior to AMIC, Rebecca worked more than 15 years as Director of Risk Management for the University of Arkansas for Medical Services. In addition, her experience as CEO of a hospice in Florida, plus her risk management work at St. Vincent Medical Center in Little Rock, AR, give her a broad understanding of potential risks in multiple health care settings.
A native Arkansan and graduate of Harding University, Mrs. Wilson has 16 years experience in the insurance industry, including underwriting, marketing, service, and sales. Her efforts have been concentrated in the professional liability area since 2002.
Mrs. Spillyards is a native Arkansan and a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas. Prior to being the Underwriting & Compliance Manager, she was an Account Manager for four years at Arkansas Mutual and has 3 years experience as an underwriting assistant for an insurance broker. Mrs. Spillyards is also the main contact for billing at Arkansas Mutual.
Rachel is a native Arkansan with a degree in journalism and public relations from UALR. Before coming to work at Arkansas Mutual, she worked in accounting and auto finance. She has eight years of experience in customer service.
